You can now challenge your friends and colleagues to get healthier with Dossia’s Heath Challenges. You can either take on a health challenge yourself to earn points, or work together with team members. You can track you and your team members’ progress and cheer each other on through Dossia’s social networking capabilities. Some of the challenges include:

  • Jog or run for 20 minutes on three days
  • Do 20 minutes of active household chores (such as house-cleaning, washing the car, or yard work) two times this week
  • Replace desert with fruit on two days
